HEATING AND COOLING
PEX-A Pipe
We manufacture PEX-A pipes with EVOH oxygen barrier (3 and 5 layers) according to the European regulation EN 1264-4 by adding a EVOH layer that prevents the permeability of the pipe for the oxygen diffusion, its extend the lifetime of the products.
PEX-A produced by Bogenn is the most ideal and economical solution for underfloor heating and fresh water pipes for plumbers and protectors. It is suitable for construction sites with its flexible structure and self-repair feature. With its oxygen barrier, the system ensures a much longer life of the metal parts. It is suitable for both classical system and inflation bonding. It is the most used floor heating pipe, it has a long life with its high temperature range and cross-linked structure. With its oxygen barrier, the system ensures a much longer life of the metal parts. PEX-A crosslinked with peroxide by DIN 4726 and EN ISO 15875 and SKZ documents in accordance with DIN 16892 quality tests and standards.

Advantages of BOGENN PEX-A Pipe
-
An extremely competitive price.
-
Flexibility.
-
The biggest pressure resistance.
-
The longest lifetime.
-
The highest resistance to bending collapse.
-
Thermal Memory: Recovering the original shape when hot air is applied allowing to be repaired.
-
Because of its elasticity can absorb higher stress than metal pipes. So it is suiatable for seismic zones

Technical specifications
BOGENN PEXa pipe is a high quality floor heating pipe with an EVOH oxygen barrier. All layers are permanently bonded with each other duringthe production process.
PEX-a (peroxide) pipes give greater flexibility than PEX pipes cross-linked by other systems.
They can be cold bent and curved very easily and without special tools, saving, joints and installation time.
The EVOH oxygen anti-diffusion barrier is a thin layer of ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer which prevents permeability of the pipe to oxygen diffusion. This construction eliminates problems with addition of oxygen to the flow water and the resulting corrosion of metal parts in the installation, extending the working life of the whole installation.
3-layer piping made of cross-linked polyethylene and produced by the peroxide method, with oxygen anti-diffusion barrier, according to the requirements of European standard EN 1264-4. Pipe cross linking degree >70
% according to ISO 1587
