REINFORCED THERMOPLASTI PIPES (RTP)

RTP PIPES

Bogenn RTP (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe) Pipes can be used for the transportation of all kinds of water, gas, oil etc. thanks to their high pressure resistance. It not only shows resistance to high pressures in materials such as steel pipes thanks to its robust composite structure, but also provides all the advantages of plastic pipes thanks to its thermoplastic raw material.

PIPE STRUCTURE

Bogenn RTP (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe) Pipes have a three layered hybrid structure. While the inner and outer layer of the pipe is thermoplastic, the middle layer consists of high-strength composite material. Thermoplastic layer can be designed with different materials such as HDPE, PP, PE-RT according to project requirements. Continuous fiber reinforcement layer in the middle layer can also be designed in different materials such as glass fiber, aramid, carbon fibre etc. according to project requirements.
